(fashion) Is there such a shoe?

Desperately seeking really supportive but cute low-ish heel sandals in a size 8W. To give you an idea, I am currently wearing Easy Spirit sneakers with the front sawed off – I really need that laced or velcro’d support across my arch. Any ideas that do not look hideously orthopedic?! I looked at TEVA but the straps are not supportive.

Try Birkenstocks, Bjorn, Clarks, Dansko. All make very supportive but cute shoes.
